big metal blades that rip the foods apart, negatively impacting the

of metal on food and therefore choose to use ceramic knives.) We use ancient stone to create food in the Now!

- All of our packaging and shipping materials are carefully selected to meet the highest standard of "Green."
- Our outer packaging is an unbleached, recycled, biodegradable kraft paper bag with a vapor barrier liner and window to keep your product fresh (We believe you should be able to see the quality you are buying.)
- Shipping materials are 100% recycled-content boxes filled with corn-based packing "peanuts," and even 100% natural plant-based packing tape (now that is eco!)
- We enjoy an environmentally friendly office environment and utilize "green" office supplies.
- Our Sacred Space (otherwise known as The aWarehouse) features, natural, re-purposed & re-used furnishings and decor.
- We drive Bio-diesel (99% vegetable oil) vehicles to do our business (and we walk or bike whenever possible).
