This rich, melt-in-your-mouth coconut flesh is finely cut into thicker "chips" which add great texture and flavor to your recipes.  They are low temperature dried at 104 ℉ to preserve the vital nutrients. High in caprilic acid (anti-viral, anti-bacterial), lauric acid (anti-fungal, antiseptic), fiber and protein.

Vivapura's Coconut products are farm fresh and made to order for Vivapura.  The coconuts are harvested from a single plantation in Mexico and immediately brought to the on-site, certified organic production facility. Soon they are opened and low-temperature processed while they are still fresh. They are immediately shipped to Vivapura so that we are able to stock the freshest, most delicious, competely organically produced coconut.

Suggested Uses:
