Suggested Uses:

• A great thickener for smoothies, soups & sauces.    
• Raw Dessert Base: It is a lighter substitute for nut flour. Be sure to use plenty of water and oil as coconut flour is highly absorptive.    
• Wheat Substitute in Baked Goods: For each cup of Coconut Flour, add the "egg substitute" equivillant of 4 eggs and add 1 cup of water.
