Dried Jakfruit’s nectar-like aroma is a prelude to it’s flavor alchemy of banana, pineapple, mango and a hint of mystery. Some say it reminds them of “Juicy Fruit” gum (but way better for you!). As it is dried, Jakfruit is transformed into golden strips of chewy, natural fruit jerky. It is an impeccable and slightly addictive snack. Dried Jakfruit is still relatively unknown in the Western marketplace, but once you have tried it, you will never forget its unique, exotic sweetness.


The largest tree borne fruit in the world, Jakfruit is native to SE Asia.

Jakfruit is tunnel dried at around 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
